I am a kind, honest, approachable person who is easy
to get along with. Excellent time keeping skills, attendance and the ability to
work well under pressure, achieving targets set. Also, I have great leadership
skills, work well as part as a team and have the confidence, self motivation to
work on my own initiative. From my current time at university I have had the
privilege of working and socializing with multicultural and diverse
backgrounds.

Potteries ‘Kaleidoscope`
The
Kaleidoscope exhibition involved working alongside other professional artists
with the curation of an exhibition and also exhibit work. The work I exhibited
was ‘Your Coloured Atmosphere`.

Middleport Potteries Artist Led Workshop
Running a public artist workshop for all ages, including children and adults to take part in arts and craft activity classes. These involved planning, preparing and delivering learning activities in order to develop each students interest in and the ability for creative expression in visual terms, applying skills and techniques of artistic expression consistent with school guidelines; to develop aesthetic understandings and appreciation; to discover and develop the talents of students in not only the field of art. Whilst maintaining a fun, aesthetically stimulating experience for the participants, however still challenging them at an intellectual level; helping to develop self-expression and creativity and also drawing attention the importance of art in childhood development.

2015 – Present WDS- Demonstrator
This job entails engaging
consumers first hand in looking at and sampling products. Contributing to
retail sales and enhancing the retail shopping experience for customers. This
involved product promotion, product preparation, and displaying verbal and
non-verbal communication skills in order to establish a quick rapport with a
diverse variety of people and communicate in a style that is likable,
relatable, and persuasive.
2014 – Shop Assistant
At
Copper Cabana I dealt with customers to a high standard, ensuring they were
comfortable within their environment, dealing with any enquiries made. This
role also included general cleaning and maintenance within the shop.
2013 - Roofing Assistant
This meant working as part as a team doing general labouring
and rebuilding a roof structure, assisting with maintenance of stock, complying
with health and safety regulations.
2013-DSL Barber Ltd. – Building Maintenance
Door to door canvasing, chasing leads. Dealing
with customer queries.
2010 – Fitton hill Community Allotment
This role entailed working
with people who have physical and mental disabilities. Working in a customer
focused environment. My other duties included assisting with maintenance,
general gardening and labouring. I also advised the public with gardening tips.
Additional skills
Throughout
my time at university I have been the representative during level 5 and 6, this
involved connecting with other students and staff on a personal level and
discussing and resolving any issues that occur whilst on the course.
I have an advanced understanding of using Microsoft
PowerPoint as I have presented numerous presentations throughout my college and
university course. I also have an in depth understanding of Microsoft Word as I
have written a number of academic essays, using Harvard style referencing. I have
experience of using Photoshop, an excellent knowledge of Windows and am a
frequent user of Google to search information. I also have experience in using
excel spreadsheets.
